Bryan Elijah Smith, who now resides in The Plains VA, was born & raised in the Shenandoah Valley.  With over 1,000 songs penned & 10 independent releases, Smith is creating a self-produced legacy that began with his first song at the age of 18.  The music cradles all things ‘Americana’ at heart & at hand without shying away from a truly uninhibited pop sensibility.

It's all about the songs & the love of writing for Smith.  A multi-instrumentalist at heart, Smith plays the guitar, harmonica, piano, drums, bass & baritone ukulele. Crossing a wide array of genres, what gets produced has been compared to the likes of everyone from Bruce Springsteen to Kings of Leon.  Smith is a well seasoned performer who has traveled the globe multiple times performing as far away as Australia.  Plans for a 2017 LP release titled 'In Through The Dark' is nearing completion after 2 years of work.  For more info on the upcoming release & show dates please visit www.bryanelijahsmith.com.

JM LYON will be opening for Bryan Elijah Smith. For over 20 years Lyon has been a student of the piano.  He has performed in basements, bars, clubs, and theaters in punk, country, and americana outfits since 2004 and has provided backing vocals, banjo, and keys with Bryan Elijah Smith since 2010.  JM Lyon was born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia and currently resides in Richmond, VA.  In addition to being a musician, he holds bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Electrical Engineering.  www.jmlyonmusic.com.
