Other composers whose works will be performed on this program are: Hildegard von Bingen (c. 1098-1179); Comtessa de Dia (fl. c. 1175 or c. 1212); Francesca Caccini (1587-after 1641), Chiara Margarita Cozzolani (1602-1676/8), Barbara Strozzi (1619-1677), Jacquet de la Guerre (1665-1729). These multi-talented performers have all appeared for AGAR before in performances by Three Notch’d Road, Baroque Ensemble of Charlottesville and ALKEMIE.
