Other composers whose works will be performed on this program are: Hildegard von Bingen (c. 1098-1179); Comtessa de Dia (fl. c. 1175 or c. 1212); Francesca Caccini (1587-after 1641), Chiara Margarita Cozzolani (1602-1676/8), Barbara Strozzi (1619-1677), Jacquet de la Guerre (1665-1729). These multi-talented performers have all appeared for AGAR before in performances by Three Notch’d Road, Baroque Ensemble of Charlottesville and ALKEMIE. The concert in Bedford is presented in collaboration with the Bower Center.
