The Jefferson Choral Society will
launch its 20th season with a Christmas Concert on Saturday, December 5, at
7:30 p.m. and Sunday, December 6, at 4
p.m. in Heritage United Methodist Church,
Lynchburg, Va.
Every
year, the JCS helps usher in the Christmas Season with our annual concert.
This year will be no different as the music we will sing includes
the Biebl Ave Maria, the
Laurdisen O Magnum Mysterium,
Courtney’s A Musicological Journey
Through The Twelve Days Of Christmas, Wilberg’s How
Far Is It To Bethlehem? With
the Jefferson Youth Chorale singing again and the standard audience
participation, we’ll start the season (ours and the Holiday) out just
right! ‘TIS THE SEASON!
Tickets for the concert are $15
for adults and $8 for students. Students
under 12 are free when accompanied by an adult.

and provide preferred seating at all concerts. Season tickets are $50 for individuals
and $100 for families.
