The following policies are in effect unless otherwise specified on an individual ticket listing:
Due to the nature of online ticket sales and issues related to product fulfillment and verification, all Ticket sales are final. Refunds are not possible through LynchburgTickets.com except in the case of an event being cancelled and at the direction of the presenting company. A presenter may authorize us to issue a refund if you contact them directly under certain circumstances. This is based, in large part on, though not constrained by, their ability to resell the ticket. They may decide to refund the ticket themselves under certain circumstances. Please contact the venue directly and as early as possible. The venue is responsible for all refunds related to event cancellation or other issues preventing fulfillment and our involvement is solely to facilitate the process. If your attempts to contact the venue are unsuccessful, let us know and we will facilitate a resolution. A modest [10%] fee is added to all orders with a maximum of $10.00 per transaction to offset costs associated with providing the convenience of online ticket sales. Orders over $100 may incur additional handling charges.
100% of your donation (only less the fee charged us by the credit card company for processing the payment) is forwarded to the designated group. There are no additional fees assessed by or paid to LynchburgTickets.com. Donations are, by their nature and intent, non-refundable.
Non-delivery: While we guarantee that your order will be shipped, we cannot be held responsible for damage or lost shipments. It is highly recomended that you opt for shipping insurance and tracking. Shipping options will be indicated on the individual listing and may include insurance at no extra charge. Individual artists are responsible for delivery of their work and you should contact them first. We will assist you with this as necessary. Refunds will be processed for failure to ship after efforts have been made to correct the situation.
Returns: Unless otherwise stated on the individual listing, your purchase price will be refunded upon satisfactory return to the artist, less any restocking fees. If upon receipt you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact the artist immediately. We will process a credit upon notification from the artist that the object has been received in original condition
