Bower Community Concert Series Noah Spencer is a singer and songwriter from Richlands, VA. He plays his own original music, as well as a wide variety of covers from different eras and genres. He was recently seen on season 24 of NBC’s “The Voice”, and has been writing music and performing live since he was 15 years old.
