During the hectic Christmas season, take a break and enjoy the sounds of the season, both old and new, as sung by the Jefferson Choral Society, Central Virginia’s largest and longest performing adult volunteer choir.
Welcome Yule! features both traditional and new carols from “Sing We Now of Christmas” and “From Heaven Above” to the modern classics “We Need a Litle Christmas” from the musical Mame and “Believe” from the film The Polar Express, as well as three variations on “Gloria.” It also features new compositions of four traditional carols by a Virginia composer.
